Is Beachhouse Hotel open? 
Yes, Beachhouse  Hotel is open for guests.
What measures has Beachhouse Hotel taken against Covid-19? 
Hygiene 
  • All team members have been trained in enhanced hygiene, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines.   
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public spaces. 
   Public areas    
  • We have added plexiglass shields at our reception desk to allow separation between our team members and guests.
  •  We have applied floor markings to help our team members and guests maintain social distance.
  • When guests enter, we remind them to disinfect their hands at our disinfection post. 
  • We have limited the number of seats in our breakfast room and on the terrace.
Breakfast 
  • You are still welcome to enjoy our breakfast buffet, though for extra safety we have made some small adjustments. We now have work with breakfast shifts to ensure distance. 
Does Beachhouse Hotel serve breakfast? 
Yes, we serve an extensive continental breakfast buffet every morning. 
Does Beachhouse Hotel serve lunch and dinner? 
Our atmospheric lobby transforms from Thursday to Saturday into a 'pop-up' restaurant, especially for our guests. Now that the restaurants are closed (because of covid-19), we want to relieve our guests of their worries. To this end we have joined forces with French chef Nicolas, who on these days, prepares the most delicious dishes in our kitchen! For this we work with an extensive 3-course menu, where there is a choice between various starters and main courses. For more information please check our Dinner Special page.
Where can I get lunch and dinner?
On Thursday, Friday and Saturday our guests can have dinner in our new 'pop-up' restaurant. On the other days you can order/pick up food. Most restaurants offer take-away and delivery services. You can order meals, drinks, and snacks via www.thuisbezorgd.nl and www.deliveroo.nl. A great local take away initiative which also supports the local restaurants is www.scharrie.nl! For any recommendations, ask the reception. Enjoy your take-away meal in your room or in our lobby (except Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays)! 
Does Beachhouse Hotel offer drinks & snacks? 
Soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and crisps are available for take away. You can purchase selected items at thereception. Please note that per 23 October no alcohol may be sold after 20:00 o’clock. This applies to supermarkets, take away orders and hotels. The consumption of alcohol is, of course, still allowed after 20:00 o’ clock
Do all rooms at Beachhouse Hotel offer a mini refrigerator? 
The Junior Suites and Deluxe Suites offer a mini refrigerator. All other rooms do not offer a  mini refrigerator.  
What measures has the government taken against covid-19?

What does this mean for my stay in Zandvoort? 
Food and drinks Most restaurants offer take away service and delivery. Delivery is possible via www.deliveroo.nl, www.thuisbezorgd.nl and www.scharrie.nl.  Public transport It is advised that public transport should be used as little as possible for non-essential travels. All passengers over 12 years of age must wear a non-medical face in buses, trams, ferries, water buses and trains. The fine for not wearing a mask is € 95.00.   Shops  Shops have taken measures to ensure that people can keep distance. Some shops will ask you to wear a face mask before entering. 
Is a face mask mandatory? 
Wearing a facemask is not obligated inside the hotel but it is strongly advised by the government to wear a face mask inside public areas. 
Are the beaches open? 
Yes, the beaches are open. 
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge? 
  • I have booked with Beachhouse  Hotel directly: The cancelled policy is displayed in your booking confirmation. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at info@beachhouse.nl. Please note that a cancellation penalty will apply in case the free cancellation window has already passed.
