The health and safety of our guests and team members is always top priority. We have evaluated our hotel on safety. This page gives our current and future guests insight into our measures and some frequently asked questions. A safe stay

Breakfast is served as a take-away breakfast, to be enjoyed in your room or on our terrace.

Is Beachhouse Hotel open? 

Yes, Beachhouse  Hotel is open for guests.

What measures has Beachhouse Hotel taken against Covid-19? 

Hygiene 

  • All team members have been trained in enhanced hygiene, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public spaces. 

  Public areas    

  • We have added plexiglass shields at our reception desk to allow separation between our team members and guests.
  •  We have applied floor markings to help our team members and guests maintain social distance.
  • When guests enter, we remind them to disinfect their hands at our disinfection post.
Does Beachhouse Hotel serve breakfast? 

Our breakfast buffet is still there but is now served in time slots. You can reserve a time slot between 08:00 and 11:00 AM. During this time slot you can choose your own breakfast. You can enjoy your breakfast in your own room or on our spacious terrace outside.

Does Beachhouse Hotel offer drinks & snacks? 

Soft drinksalcoholic drinks and crisps are available for takeaway. You can purchase selected items at thereception. Please note that per 23 October no alcohol may be sold after 20:00 o’clock. This applies to supermarkets, take away orders and hotels. The consumption of alcohol is, of course, still allowed after 20:00 o’ clock

Is eating out and going out possible?

Yes! Restaurants, cafes and beach bars are opened again.
Night clubs, pubs and festivals are accessible again with a valid covid test certificate. More info here.

Do all rooms at Beachhouse Hotel offer a mini refrigerator? 

The Junior Suites and Deluxe Suites offer a mini refrigerator. All other rooms do not offer a  mini refrigerator.  

What measures has the government taken against covid-19?

What does this mean for my stay in Zandvoort? 
Food and drinks Restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs are closed. Most restaurants offer take away service and delivery. 
Public transport It is advised that public transport should be used as little as possible for non-essential travels. All passengers over 12 years of age must wear a non-medical face in buses, trams, ferries, water buses and trains. The fine for not wearing a mask is € 95.00. Shops Shopping is only possible by appointment, please check the website of the shop you want to visit for more information and to make an appointment.
Is a face mask mandatory? 

Wearing a (non-medical) mouth mask is mandatory in public transport. Not (correctly) wearing a mouth mask can result in a fine.

Are the beaches open? 

Yes, the beaches are open.

Can I cancel my reservation free of charge? 
  • I have booked with Beachhouse  Hotel directly: The cancelled policy is displayed in your booking confirmation. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at info@beachhouse.nl. Please note that a cancellation penalty will apply in case the free cancellation window has already passed.  
  • I have booked via a travel agent or online booking platform: The cancelled policy is displayed in your booking confirmation. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please contact your booking provider directly. Please note that a cancellation penalty will apply in case the free cancellation window has already passed.
