The health and safety of our guests and team members is always top priority. We have evaluated our hotel on safety. This page gives our current and future guests insight into our measures and some frequently asked questions. Escape the crowds and unwind at Beachhouse Hotel. With miles of extensive beach right outside and our extra (safety) measures, you can enjoy a worry-free beach holiday with us.

Walking routes

We’ve made walking routes and have applied signing so you can easily find your way around the hotel.

Online check-in

Check-in online! This makes the check-in process quicker at the reception. That means more time to enjoy your day! Check-in is from 15:00.

Is Beachhouse Hotel open? 

Yes, Beachhouse Hotel is open for guests.

What measures has Beachhouse Hotel taken against Covid-19? 

Hygiene 

– All team members have been trained in enhanced hygiene, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines
– We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public spaces. 
– When guests enter, we remind them to disinfect their hands at our disinfection post.

EU Digital COVID Certificate needed, what does this mean for my stay?

From 13 November onwards, access to all catering establishments is only possible with an EU Digital COVID Certificate for everyone aged 13 and over. This applies inside and outside, with or without a fixed seat. From the age of 14, the use of the COVID certificate must be verified in combination with an identity card. The compulsory closing time between 20.00 and 06.00 hours applies in all catering establishments.


What does this mean for my stay at Beachhouse Hotel?


With a COVID
certificate:

– You can have breakfast in our breakfast room

– Use our common areas (incl. toilets) (lobby is open until 20.00)

– Sit at the bar with purchased food/drinks

– You can sit on the terrace with take-away food


Without a COVID
certificate:

– You have your breakfast in your room

– Use your own room to eat and drink

– No use of the common areas (only for take-away, face mask mandatory when picking up order)

Does Beachhouse Hotel serve breakfast? 

If you have reserved breakfast with your stay, you can enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet daily!

If you do not have a (valid) corona ticket, you can pick up your breakfast (face mask mandatory) and enjoy it in your room.

From 13 November onwards, access to all catering establishments is only possible with the EU Digital COVID Certificate for everyone aged 13 and over. This also applies to hotels. It is therefore only possible to eat in the breakfast room with a valid corona certificate.

Does Beachhouse Hotel offer drinks & snacks? 

Soft drinksalcoholic drinks and snacks are available at the self service bar

Is eating out and going out possible?

All catering establishments are open between 06.00 and 20.00.

Do all rooms at Beachhouse Hotel offer a mini refrigerator? 

The Junior Suites and Deluxe Suites offer a mini refrigerator. All other rooms do not offer a mini refrigerator.

What does this mean for my stay in Zandvoort? 
Food and drinks
Restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs are closed between 20.00 and 06.00. Some restaurants offer take away service and delivery.

Public transport
It is advised that public transport should be used as little as possible for non-essential travels. All passengers over 12 years of age must wear a non-medical face mask in buses, trams, ferries, water buses and trains. The fine for not wearing a mask is € 95.00.
Shops
Shopping is only possible between 06.00 and 18.00. All visitors over 12 years of age must wear a non-medical face mask while entering the shops.
Is a face mask mandatory? 

Wearing a (non-medical) mouth mask is not mandatory inside Beachhouse Hotel when you have a valid corona admission ticket.

In public transport and all public locations where no corona tickets are used, wearing a (non-medical) mask is mandatory.
Not (correctly) wearing a mouth mask can result in a fine.

Are the beaches open? 

Yes, the beaches are open.

Can I cancel my reservation free of charge? 

– I have booked with Beachhouse  Hotel directly: The cancelled policy is displayed in your booking confirmation. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at info@beachhouse.nl. Please note that a cancellation penalty will apply in case the free cancellation window has already passed.  

 

– I have booked via a travel agent or online booking platform: The cancelled policy is displayed in your booking confirmation. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please contact your booking provider directly. Please note that a cancellation penalty will apply in case the free cancellation window has already passed.
