Would you like to work in a boutique hotel right on the beach? Beachhouse Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly receptionist(e). In this role, you will be the point of contact for our guests. Your daily tasks include checking guests in and out, but answering questions or giving fun to-do tips are also part of the job!
What will you do?
- Check guests in and out
- Answer questions and provide information to guests
- Light administrative work such as preparing invoices
- Processing reservations and cancellations
- You check housekeeping and ensure good linen management
- During the morning shift, you prepare the breakfast buffet
Who are we looking for?
You enjoy speaking to people and, together with your colleagues, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that the guests have a pleasant stay. It goes without saying that you are hospitable and representative. You fit the profile below:
- Flexible attitude in connection with changing shifts (7:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00 from Monday to Sunday).
- Communicative skills with a proactive and hospitable attitude.
- Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing. Verbal knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
- You live in the Zandvoort area.
