No two days are the same; one minute you are doing repairs in the apartments and the next you’re involved in the general maintenance of the building. Htel Serviced Apartments has been completely renovated, so we have energy label ‘A’ now. We also work with the latest technology, such as brand-new building management systems.
• Identify problems and malfunctions and resolve them using safety procedures.
• Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance within Htel such as appliances, inventory, lighting, hardware.
• Work with and supervise hired companies regarding repairs, renovations, maintenance and refurbishments.
• Perform inspections and maintenance work on the apartmentsand public areas.
We don’t need to mention you are technical! We are also looking for someone who is solution-oriented and can work independently. Of course, a hotel environment also involves guests. You know how to interact with them in a nice and respectful way, sometimes you will need to be in their apartment. An on-call shift now and then in the evening or weekends? You don’t mind!
